Villa Forte dei Marmi

The project is located in the middle of a pine grove on the Tuscan coast in Forte dei Marmi.

The building is from the 1960s and is protected, which means that it cannot be rebuilt after demolition, which is why the brief is for "conversion". Only a pergola and terraces and a pool are permitted as additions. The latter only above ground.

The requirement for the building was that we clad the house with a new, minimalist "outfit" and that the living level on the first floor had a smart connection to the garden and that rooms were created on the ground floor that offered sufficient light and atmosphere.
